Trace Dependencies Dialog
Through all the updates of Excel over the years, one annoying flaw never goes
away. When you trace dependencies the dialog box is fixed. You cannot drag it out to make it larger. So if you have a long formula, the only way to read through it is go down into the text box and drag your cursor across. There is no way to see the whole formula all in one view. This is a big impediment to auditing complex formulas that should be able to be remedied by simply changing a property on the trace dependencies dialog box ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
