Finding of temp file
I have opened an Excel file from email & saved after making changes (without
indicating the location). Where can I find the file now? |
Finding of temp file
It should be user name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

I didn't see where you mentioned what email program you're using.
But you may get lucky (but don't hold your breath) if you do this: Open MS Internet Explorer Tools|Internet options|General Tab|Browsing History section Click the Settings button Then click on the View Files button. Maybe you can sort by the file type or date to see if your file is still there. Not all email clients use this location. And I wouldn't be surprised if any email client cleaned up after itself after using this temporary folder. MJK wrote: still can't find the location what are some examples of my username??? PLEASE!
