Help Please!! Sorting a large document using date and time

The document has 1000's of line items and each document has numerous entry's
all I need is the last entry for each document. There is an example below I
would only need the first line in this entry because it was completed at
9:44AM. I would like to sort all the documents having the ones I need all at
the top of the document and the rest I would just delete.

Thanks

You'll need to provide more information.

Is this an Excel spreadsheet or a Word document? If the latter, you need to
post to a Word group.

If it's Excel, you need to specify how the data is laid out. Is it all in
one cell? What separates one line from the next? What format is your date
in? m/d/y or d/m/y? What is the "last entry" to you? The last in the column?
The last chronologically? Is your date/time format 100% consistent?

Regards,
Fred.
