Saving Workbooks with a lot of formulas

I have a workbook that have 15000 rows and 10 columns with 2 that have
Vlookups in them.
When saving it takes very long what is wrong?
I seems as if it is recalculating the formulas but I have switched the
recalculating off under options. If i spesial paste the formulas to values
it saves as normal.
How can i get the saving faster?
