how to decrypt excel 2003 files?
 

hello,

I have some file in excel, after change domain at user end my some excel
file dosnt open, it sasy file may be read only or encrypted. i checked in
proparti there i found files are encrypted. and now i cant able to remove
them encryption.

how do i decrypt files now.?
