I want to transfer all information at one time. Is this possible?

If I understand your question correctly, you can use the "Paste Special"
option (under the EDIT menu) and choose "TRANSPOSE." Select your area to be copied first, then COPY, click the beginning cell where you want the information pasted, then PASTE SPECIAL / TRANSPOSE. It pastes your information in the opposite format (rows to columns or columns to rows). I'm not sure how many versions this goes back, but I know it is in Excel XP and 2000. -- Message posted via http://www.officekb.com |
