Hi,

I want to be able to have a dropdown box with company names in it, and then
another beneath with contacts ONLY from the company selected above.

I'd like to take the information from a seperate sheet called "Contacts" and
in the format

Company1 Company2 Company3
Contact1 Contact1 Contact1
Contact2 Contact2 Contact2
Contact3 Contact3 Contact3

So you would have the company names in A1 - A999999 and the contacts
underneath each company

Best way to acheive this please

Make a Google search with keywords "dynamic validation list"! You'll find
several pages teaching this tecnique, e.g.

Thanks for reply stefi.

I was hoping there was another way to do this. I'd like to able to add
companies and sort them alphabetically, and put new contacts in without
having add or redefine ranges each time.
