Toolbar problem
 

Hi
On a PC at work (network system) Office 2003 Excel, my PC is fine, one
worker asked me how to get the toolbar to show the increase/decrease decimal
places button. I have tried all I can think of and cannot locate them ?!
Clicked the arrows and various format options..................

Any help welocme

Tools|Customize|Commands Tab|Format category

About half way down the righthand list.
