I need to find the percentage of chance of a cell by dividing say F6 which is
90% by F5 which is 50,000.

I don't think you said what you meant.
Are you wanting 90% of 50,000? (answer: 45,000)
=F6*F5

What you said: (answer: 0.000018)
=F6/F5
