hyperlinks to pictures/charts
Good afternoon,
I am having difficulty coming up with a way to have links to certain files, images or charts that I want to hide, but only show up when a link is summoned. example: Lets say that in Sheet 1 I have several drop down menus, depending on what the user chooses a number is automatically generated. This number generated, I want it to be linked to a certain image or file(pdf) that I would like. If I have to make a new sheet for each file (I have 28 pdf files that i need to insert, they are all images by the way) that will add to many sheets and look cluttered! Can i some how hide them and have them appear only when they are needed to be summoned, I mean once the user selects option via menus and a number is generated it also creates a hyperlink to that image that is tied to the number generated... Or should I just put all of the 28 (pdf/images) in a single sheet and then do a hyperlink to the cell that pertain to that paticular pdf file? I hope I made myself clear enough =) Thank you in advance, Tony G. |

Someone had posted this on the discussion group before, I found it very useful.
