Office EXCEL 2003
 

When viewing OFFICE ON LINE, I get Frequent RUN-TIME ERRORS requesting if I
need to DEBUG, About 5 messages in 20 seconds, If I elect not to DEBUG.
I have tried to Debug but couldn't work it out, The Error mentions Different
Line Numbers each time.

No I do not have SP3 Yet. I will let you know when I do. It probably is the
