inconsistent autofit
 

Using autofit, I am trying to adjust all rows on a worksheet. For most of
rows it is working fine but some rows have have extra space--vertically top
justified so about an extra line on the bottom. I don't have any merged
cell. There are no invisible typos (ex. alt+enter or space bar entering...)

I can manually adjust but there are too many. What do I do? Please help.
