Problem importing from Google Spreadsheet

When I export a Google spreadsheet to XLS, it doesn't open correctly in Excel.
All my formulas are still in the cells but the results don't show. Instead
all the derived data cells say "#NAME?". Since the underlying content is
correct, why am I getting this error?

You may want to show us a sample of the formulas your are using.

Define "derived data cell" and give an example.

Bill
