Workbook used as pricing calculator

Hello.

I have an Excel workbook that I've created that has many formulas included.
I have worksheets hidden with the formulas and have this with a digital
signature and available as a download on our website for agents to use for
quoting our product.

Issue is:

I created this in Excel 2007, but I saved it as Excel 97-2003 workbook for
users with earlier versions of Excel. One of my agents is using Excel 2000,
and when the input the information, the calculations aren't working, they are
getting the VALUE error in the cell that should show the average cost per
user. I don't have any experience with Excel 2000, and I don't have any way
to test this.

Any ideas? Thank you ahead of time!

What's the formula in that cell? What are the formulas in the cells that cell
refers to?

This is the formula for the cell on my Product Selections Page
=IF(D31=0,0,((Formulas!E29*(1-VLOOKUP(Formulas!$J$88,schedule,2))+Formulas!G29+F ormulas!I29)-(IF(Summary!$B$19=TRUE,(Formulas!E29*(1-VLOOKUP(Formulas!$J$88,schedule,2))+Formulas!G29+F ormulas!I29)*0.1,0))-(IF(Summary!$B$22=TRUE,(Formulas!E29*(1-VLOOKUP(Formulas!$J$88,schedule,2))+Formulas!G29+F ormulas!I29)*0.05,0)))/D31)

This is the formula in the Formulas tab where the Product Selections Page
pulls from
= IF('Product Selections'!D31=0,0,IF(548.375236891282*'Product
Selections'!D31^-0.597815326245021<0.99,0.99,548.375236891282*'Prod uct
Selections'!D31^-0.597815326245021))*C29/795

A local person I use for help thinks maybe the formulas contain rules that
aren't compatible in Excel 2000?

Nothing in those formulas appear to be non-2000-compatible.
