MOVE POINTER WON'T APPEAR ANYMORE
 

I TRIED TO MOVE A GROUP OF CELLS WITH MY MOVE ARROW, AND IT WILL NO LONGER
APPEAR. WHAT HAPPENED?

MOVE POINTER WON'T APPEAR ANYMORE
 

1) Stop yellings (CAPS)

2) Several possible reasons, perhaps spreadsheet has become
locked/protected, a macro is running, or in the middle of debug mode. Perhaps
you can explain better about what you were doing when this error occured (or
what you're trying to move)

Tools - Options - Edit tab - Check 'Allow Drag and Drop'.
