Cell Location Reference

I have a cell R2 which shows "C7" as its value. I would like to reference R2
in a formula and obtain the value in cell C7. Is this possible?

Thank you Sheeloo this worked perfectly and is a much easier answer than
using multiple if statements on the worksheet. Thank you very, very much.
