Drag down the color fill box
 

I am using excel 2007. In previous versions you could drag the fill and font
color boxes onto the page so that you could easily change from one color to
another. Is that feature still available, and how could I apply it?

Sorry, I also posted this in excel functions which was not getting any

I tried to undock that portion of the toolbar and was unsuccessful. However,
I do what you are talking about a lot and the easiest way to do what you are
talking about is to highlight the portions you want changed and right-click
in the highlighted area and it will immediately show the color and font boxes
right next to where you right-clicked.
