Formula in Report

I am using Excel 2003
I am creating a price book in Excel to be used by our sales people. The
sales people are expected to copy the prices quoted to a customer and save it
in another spreadsheet ("call log"). I have links to the call log on the
pricing spreadsheet. I would also like to get rid of the toolbars at the top
of the screen so that there will be more room to view the price sheets. On
the call log - is it possible to add a "big button" (command like button) to
the spread sheet that would save/close the "call log", in one step, without
using the tool bar at the top of the screen? Or does anyone have any other
suggestions for saving and closing the spreadsheet in a very easy way.

thank you - aurora
