I have Office 2007 and everytime I hide a column of cells or two the graph
that is overlapping those columns shrinks. How can I avoid this? |

I have Office 2007 and I cannot find those options. Under "Layout" there is a
properties button but it does not give those options, only allows me to name it...? I found the solution: You can click on the chart - select "Format" at the
top - click on the Size options and choose to have the chart not change when cells are changed. Thanks! "Don Guillett" wrote: What I offered apparently applies to shapes and NOT charts. The only thing I can suggest is to move the chart out of the area or to a separate chart sheet. I tried to click on the chart, which is on the separate tab - and 'Format',
then size - but it doesn't give the 'choose to have the chart ont change, when cells are changed' - could it be that I am working on a 2003 file in 2007?
