Picture = one cell
 

How do I connect/link a picture/image to a single cell?

I would want to place picture in once and have it show up multiple times
inside to workbook.

Picture = one cell
 

This is unclear? Do you only want it in one cell or do you want it in many?

To insert a picture into a cell choose Insert, Picture...
Then size the picture to fit the cell.

You can copy the picture from the cell and paste it multiple times.

Insert the picture where you want it.
Select the range that holds that picture
Edit|copy
Then go to the other location
Shift-edit|paste picture link

Anything (picture included) that appears in that original range will appear in
the pasted location.
