Creating Headers in Excel
Hi i am in need of some help. I am creating a number of templates in both
Word and Excel. I have no trouble creating the header i want in Word. I have a logo on the left, the document title in the middle and the documents reference number on the right. I have then placed an underline (i think it's called a 'tether') right across the bottom of the header. The problem is creating the same in excel. I can put the logo on the left, the title in the centre and the reference number on the right (all in the header). However, i can not place an underline across all three sections of the header in Excel. Can anybody please help? |
Creating Headers in Excel
Adrian,
One way would be to take the first row of your print area and fill it with a color, reduce the row height until the row looks like a line, then use the Sheet tab of the Page Setup to set that row to repeat at the top of all pages.
