If I insert a comment into a spreadsheet, how can I show that same comments
in any chart/s I create from that spreadsheet data? |

If you mean by comment just some text you have in a cell, no problem, but if
you mean a comment inserted using Insert, Comment, for that you will need VBA. In the first case, where you have a cell, lets say A1 with the text you want to display in your chart/s, choose the chart and add a text box, then click the border of the text box and type an = on the Formula Bar, then click on cell A1 and press Enter. The text box will reflect the text in A1. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button.
