Whe I go to Edit Find to locate a specific number in my Excel spreadsheet
it says that it did not find it, yet the number is there. What might be wrong? Thanks |

It may be a formatting issue. For example, if you have 15 in a cell, but the
cell is formatted as Currency, you might see $ 15.00 displayed. A search for 15.00 would not result in anything being found since only 15 is actually stored in the cell not 15.00. If you still need help, perhaps post back with an example of the data you're trying to find.
