I need to know a formula that gets me a % of a figure of 25.00 marked up to
35.00.
Can anyone help?

I think you're wanting:
=(35-A2)/A2
Format cell as percentage.

Formula claculates how much of a percentage of orginal price it is to mark
the price up to 35. If this isn't what you were looking for, perhaps you
could prvide an example showing what you want done.
