Inserting a row and maintaining the size

I need to insert a row of cells (17) into my completed worksheet (appx width
4.00) my existing worksheet is set at width 8:00 - how can I insert this row
without disrupting the intergrity and maintaining the size . . I have done a
complete search on the discussion forum and cannot find a solution. Thank you!

Hi Karsea

Just a clarification: Width or height?

Rows("17:17").Insert
Rows("17:17").RowHeight = 4
