Excel - Converting numerals to words
I'm using Excel 2003. I'm creating a spreadsheed into which many people will
be entering data. I'll then be merging the data to a Word 2003 document. My document will need to have numbers written out, such as two or forty-nine rather than 2 or 49. 2 questions, really: Is there a way to make those entering data into spreadsheet to enter only words in a column, rather than numerals? Is there a way for me to convert numerals to words in a column? Thanks. |

First question. Try Data Validation, requiring =NOT(ISNUMBER(--A1))
