ExcelBanter - Cannot access internet from taskpane due to computer restrictions

Cannot access internet from taskpane due to computer restrictions

When I click on a link for an article or training from the taskpane, I get a
popup that says "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Contact your systems administrator." Yet if I
click on a link for a question it access the internet just fine. Any
suggestions?
