Template for calculating different number of days between 2 dates

Does anyone have a template to calculate the number of days between two dates.
I work in Realestate and we often get MEC (Mutual Execution of Contract) +
40 days, etc in our contracts. Holidays and weekends are excluded.

Hi,
have you have a look at the WORKDAYS function ?
( I think it's part of the Analysis Toolpak)

Look in HELP for the WORKDAY() and NETWORKDAYS() functions

Pay attention to the instructions for a #NAME result, if applicable
