Compare and merge worksheets

Hi! I need to compare and merge two worksheets but the 'Compare and Merge
Worksheets...' option is greyed out. I made sure both worksheets are in the
same folder; can anyone please tell me where I'm going wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry, I do mean 'workbooks' and not 'worksheets'

Compare and merge worksheets

Compare and merge is only available for Shared workbooks.
