Why is autofilter only filtering up to # of rows in prev column?
When I select '#NA', for example, in one of my columns, it only pulls the
#NA's up to the last row in the previous column and then leaves the rest of its own column unfiltered. |

My bet is that you let excel guess at the range that should be filtered and it
guessed wrong. Empty rows or empty columns can confuse excel. Try removing the autofilter Then select the entire range to filter and reapply the filter Then test once more.
