Hello,
Is it possible to express dates in a yyyy-mm-dd format? We have dates in a
functionality that sorts dates as text.

hi
you could create a custom format. right click the cell, click format cells.
click the number tab. click custom. in the custom box enter.
yyy/mm/dd

click ok.
you can copy the formated cell and paste special formats where ever you like.
