How I refresh pivot table report?

After designing a pivot table, I would like to reuse it with the same data
structure, but live (varying) contents (data). Any attempts to do so did not
work . The only way I could refresh it was to delete a worksheet containing
pivot table structure and rebuild it again from scratch. I assumed that pivot
tables are designed for re-use but it does not seem to be a valid assumption.

Ctrl+Alt+F5 (refresh all) in Excel2007, in Excel2003 find the tool button
with exclamation mark (maybe u need to be in Pivot table, cannot check now).

Sorry for double posting, not sure if my previous second remark was posted.
My first answer works only for situation when u change data already included
in source data area. If u add new data, u have to use pivot table wizard,
clicking on back button u can expand original area.
