Date Problem
I have exported some data from an accounts package. When I export to a CSV
file I get the date in the correct format which is 20081130, when I export to Excel however, whilst this is displayed correctly, when I click on the cell it is shown as 30/11/2008. Can anyone tell me how to display as text or a number. I have tried the basics (format text/number etc.) Thanks, Nick |

Date Problem
Not in any version of Excel I have used.
*.txt files will trigger the Text Import Wizard. *.csv do not. General suggestion is to change the file extension from csv to txt then open.
