Text Import Wizard
When I open a txt file it invokes the Text Import Wizard for Excel 2003 SP3.
When a co-worker opens a .txt file the Wizard is not automatically invoked. She can do ctrl open but she would like to have it automatically. What setting needs to be changed to do so? |
Text Import Wizard
Kindly clarify. Are you trying to open the .txt from Windows explorer?
If so you need to add the extension to Explorer-Tools-File Types- with the type as Microsoft Excel Worksheet.
