I believe that Dave Peterson's suggestion is the best that anyone will come up with.
For others, look for "keyboard shortcuts" in Excel help.

F4, which generally repeats the last action, can be a big time saver.

I believe using Jesus' name in innocuous (perhaps even silly) jokes is
not using it in vain.
