I believe in the past I was able to change a hyperlink to an embedded
object. Now in Excel 2007, I can't find a way to do this. Any help
or ideas? thanks.

How did you do it in earlier versions?

I think it was as simple as a right click on the hyperlink, then
change to object and it would embed the file. It has been quite
awhile since I've had to do this.

thanks. Patti

I've never seen anything like this in any version of excel.

You could insert an object (from the Drawing toolbar, forms toolbar, a picture,
....) and assign a hyperlink to that.

Could that be what you're thinking of?
