My data is now coming in a .PDF file how can I convert it so that I can us it
in a excel format?

PDF files are difficult. You may search Google for 'PDF Converter' to
extract your data to Excel but in most cases you'll need some manual effort
afterwards. Best to ask the creator of the data to give you a different file
type
