Excel table setup
 

I have a table setup on Sheet 1 using Col A - Q and rows 1 - 21 the first
four rows have heading detail. My question is this:
I want the same layout to appear as I go down through the sheet so that when
I have inputted data in the rows 5 - 21 I have the same table again below say
starting in row 23. Is there a way to repeat the table throughout the sheet
multiple times without copy/paste. I have tried freezing panes and the page
setup / sheet tab but these don't produce the required effect. Thanks

You can do that only with a macro!

If I understand correctly what you requi

Select row 5 (click in the row header) and then choose Freeze Panes

Thanks for the response Niek but thats not what I need I know freeze panes
will keep the titles in view, what I want to do is repeat the whole table
multiple times through the sheet, so that I can use a new table each time for
different products.
