How to save the setting on displayi toolbar for refresh external d
 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to save the setting on displaying
toolbar for refresh external data? Whenever I close Excel and re-open it, the
toolbar for refresh external data is gone, and I have to manually add this
tools everytime I open Excel, does anyone have any suggestions on how to save
the last setting for toolbars?
