Hi:

I have a list I created using the data validation tool. Is there anyway I
can change the number the rows viewed in the list, as well as the font size
of the list?

For DVs, no. You could try a combo box from the Forms toolbar
Right-click on combo box Format Control Control tab:
You can key-in the drop down lines # in the box
Do ensure that the input range covers the entire source range

Think the visible length of the dropdown will be dictated by your monitor
size, screen resolution, Excel window size, zoom level, etc which you would
need to consider for practicality reasons in implementing. These were some of
my obs when I tried inputting 1000 as the #.
