Why do page breaks change in excel when spreadhseet sent as email

I have a spread sheet with Page breaks setup accordingly. I e-mailed the
spreadsheet to someone else and the page breaks changed on their computer.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? We are both using Excel 2003.

Hi,

When you say page breaks are set "accordingly" what do you mean by
accordingly?

If you have left Excel to determine the page breaks then that's what it will
do on the other machine. And since page breaks are depending on the printer
drives you are using the results may be different.

You can insert manual page breaks using Insert, Page Break.

I inserted the page breaks manually.
