If you want to learn about modifying the ribbon, you can start at Ron de Bruin's
site:
http://www.rondebruin.nl/ribbon.htm
http://www.rondebruin.nl/qat.htm -- For macros for all workbooks (saved as an
addin)
or

Hi,

Yes. First create the macro. Then choose Office Button, Excel Options,
Customize, and from the first drop down at the top (Choose commands from)
pick Macros. Locate your macros and move it to the right by double-click it.
Then select it on the right and click Modify.

If this helps, please click the Yes button

Cheers,
