Click on the destination cell and:

Edit Paste Special... and check link.

Easiest way is to use simple links
to extract the source cell/range contents in the other sheet

Something like this
In Sheet2,
You could place this in any start cell,
say in B2: =IF(Sheet1!A1="","",Sheet1!A1)
then copy B2 across/fill down to C3
to dynamically link it to Sheet1's A1:B2
