Linking alphabetized list
 

I am trying to create a formula linking a portion of alphbetized names to a
counselor's name. Example: When I type in any name starting with A-D I want
the name Amy Rand (the counselor who corresponds to that group) to appear on
an adjacent spreadsheet. I am new to excel and any suggestions would be
helpful...
