Default Link to help page

I'm often calling up help for keyboard shortcuts in Excel and Word.
Is there a way to link straight to a help page without having to hit F1,
type keyboard shortcut, and click the link? (Ideally I'd also like it to
click the "show all" button to expand all groups too.)
