I agree with many of the posts I am seeing on this. When I select cells in a
worksheet, I can not see that they have been highlighted. The shading is so
faint, I need to look at the row number to see taht something in the row has
been selected.

True, but what is your question?

If you are asking how can you change that, I wouldn't, you need to change
the windows display and that effects all programs.
