How do I select multiple items in an Excel 2003 Pivot table
I have a field that is "outside" the data area and I only want to select
certain items to view. If that field box is "inside" the data area, then it lets me do it. Is there a trick to select multiple items like in Excel 2007? |

hi
not sure what you mean by "outside the data area" but to select multiple areas on a sheet, hold the Ctrl key down while selecting with the mouse. but in 2007, due to the light color highlight, it's hard to see just what has been selected. regards FSt1 "Kevin" wrote: I have a field that is "outside" the data area and I only want to select certain items to view.
