copy values separated by a set number of columns
I have a spreadsheet set up like this:
A B C D E F 1 2/13/2009 2/14/2009 2/15/2009 2 Plan Actual Plan Actual Plan Actual 3 W X Y Z AA AB In a separate tab, I want to be able to group all the Daily Plan and Daily Actual by date. Is there a way to copy the values that are separated by two columns? In other words, copy the value for A3, then C3, and E3 for all the planned results. Thanks, |
copy values separated by a set number of columns
Hi,
What do you want to do with them, just copy them? add them together? For example if you want to copy them just select A3, C3 and E3 click Copy, move to the other sheet, select a cell and click Paste. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button Cheers, Shane Devenshire "Pablo" wrote: I have a spreadsheet set up like this: A B C D E F 1 2/13/2009 2/14/2009 2/15/2009 2 Plan Actual Plan Actual Plan Actual 3 W X Y Z AA AB In a separate tab, I want to be able to group all the Daily Plan and Daily Actual by date.
