conditional data transfer from multiple sheets
 

I have a worksheet for a charity auction I have been working on and need some
help. Sheet 1 is the items it has 7 columns Item#,Description,Donated
By,Current bid, High Bid,Auction Closed,and Winning bid. steets 1-50 are the
bidder invoices. what i need to do is move the item #, description and
winning bid to the invoices that correspond with the bidder #. I tried
=IF(Items!E3=1,Items!B3,"") but if bidder 2 wins that item that row is blank
and the invoice is 500 rows long even if the bidder only got 1 item.
