Rolling 12 Monthly Average

I am trying to come up with a monthly average of terminated employees. In
Jan we had 3374 employees and 15 people left. Feb we are starting with 3359
and so far 5 people have left. Is there a way to calculate the rolling 12
monthly average? Thanks!
